Prutopia LLC (hereinafter, “Prutopia” or “The Company”) grants access to the Prutopia platform (“The Product”) to you as the individual, company, or legal entity (“The Customer”) on the condition that you accept all of the terms of these Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”, “TOS”) as defined below. By using The Product, which includes our website at www.prutopia.io, applications, and related services (collectively referred to as “The Product”), you implicitly agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you should cease using The Product.
The Customer acknowledges that the Prutopia platform is the intellectual property of The Company, and the use of The Product does not convey any rights to the underlying platform itself.
The Customer retains ownership of all intellectual property rights to the data, reviews, documents, conversations, prompts, and other content they provide or generate through The Product, including but not limited to professional experience, education, resumes, cover letters, and other uploaded or AI-generated content.
By using The Product, the Customer grants The Company a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, store, reproduce, process, display, transmit, and modify such content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, securing, improving, and providing The Product and its features, including AI Services. This license remains in effect for as long as the Customer uses The Product or until the Customer requests the deletion of their off-chain data, except where retention is required by law or where data has been permanently recorded on the blockchain.
If the Customer decides to stop using The Product or requests that The Company no longer use their off-chain data, The Company will promptly remove such data. However, data stored on the blockchain remains part of the open-source protocol and can continue to be used as needed. If the Customer no longer wishes to use the app, they will lose access to it, but the data on the blockchain will remain accessible.
By engaging with The Product, the Customer consents to The Company storing account information on their behalf. The Company complies with relevant data protection laws. The Customer may request access to or deletion of their personal data at any time via the app or by contacting the support team at [email protected].
Note: Data stored on the blockchain is immutable and cannot be deleted. However, data managed within the app (off-chain) can be updated or deleted at the user's request.
These Terms of Service will be effective upon the Customer’s first access of The Product and shall remain in force during the Customer’s continued use of The Product.
By using The Product, the Customer acknowledges that their data related to professional experiences may be stored on the blockchain. While such data can be updated within the app, the blockchain record remains permanent and immutable. The Customer understands that once their data is recorded on the blockchain, it cannot be deleted or altered at the protocol level.
Prutopia may provide third-party services or APIs that allow access to your data. However, Prutopia is not responsible for the privacy practices or data usage of these third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party platforms you use in conjunction with Prutopia.
Additionally, Prutopia uses session analytics tools such as Microsoft Clarity to better understand how users interact with the platform. These tools may record anonymized user interactions such as navigation, clicks, scrolling, and other usage patterns. These recordings do not capture user input in sensitive fields, but publicly displayed content, such as usernames or elements visible in the interface, may appear in the session recordings. This data is used solely for usability improvements and is not sold or shared outside of the analytics provider. For more information, visit https://clarity.microsoft.com.
